Shipments

Orders placed by 1pm and paid for are shipped the same day via INPOST or DPD with tracking and no signature delivery.

We try to protect the goods being sent, but if you notice damage to the shipment, report it to the courier, take photos and inform us.

The cost of delivery varies and depends on the chosen form of delivery, payment and the ordered product. The order processing time is from 1 to 3 business days. Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as shipping costs. Shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each.

Free shipping applies to purchases from PLN 99 . This cost is covered by the SmartBest Store. The cost of parcels not collected by the buyer, which will be returned to the sender (SmartBest Store) is PLN 15 (shipping and packaging costs). The amount of the refund for the order will be reduced by the cost of shipping to the buyer (according to the selected shipping method) and the cost of return shipping.

Online payments

Payment for the order can be made in the automatic PayU system, which accepts all forms of payment available in Poland. PayU is responsible for the security and quality of the service.

Payment by bank transfer

The order amount must be paid to our bank account. After selecting this payment method, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail containing your bank details and order number. The order number should be given in the title of the transfer. The goods will be reserved for you for 2 days and the order will be processed immediately after receiving the payment.
