Vehicles with Amazon Alexa *

If your vehicle is not listed. No worries. To fulfill this function, you can use Amazon Echo Dot, Amazon Echo Auto, Anker Roav Viva, Garmin Speak, or the Alexa app on smartphones.

For the Google Assistant, please refer to the link below. Besides, you can use Google Home Mini, Anker ROAV Bolt, Hum by Verizon, or the Google Assistant app on smartphones to achieve it.

Remote

When the package arrives. Simply open your courier garage door with the Meross App, even when traveling on the Golden Gate Bridge.

Gate open warning

How it's working?

The figure shows the main operating principle of the MSG100HK. Just connect it to your existing garage door opener and connect its WiFi. Then you can enjoy the above smart functions.

Installation is fairly easy. Usually it only takes 15 minutes.

In most cases, it is sufficient to use the provided double adhesive tape.

* Note: Existing wall button and existing remote control will not be affected by this smart device, they are still available after installing MSG100HK.

Check Compatibility

The MSG100HK is compatible with many traditional garage door operators such as Chamberlain , LiftMaster , Hörmann , etc. Please follow the steps below to confirm compatibility.

1. Use pliers or an electric wire to shorten the wall button terminals on the existing garage door opener. If the garage door opens or closes, it works with the MSG100HK.

2. If the above tests failed but the garage door opener model is listed below or has a learn button (usually the learn button is purple / yellow). Works with MSG100HK but requires an additional accessory. Please kindly send us your garage door opener model and know the button color.

3. Go to the Compatibility Checker on the website: https://www.meross.com/compatibility to check the manufacturer / models.
