Shelly Pro 3EM is a Wi-Fi-controlled DIN-mounted 3-phase energy meter with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LAN connectivity. With an active energy measurement accuracy of 1%, the Shelly Pro 3EM can be used to individually monitor the consumption of any household appliances, electrical circuits and office equipment. It includes 60 days of historical data on the device with 1-minute resolution for each phase. In addition, its scripting functions allow for complex scenes and provide broader monitoring capabilities.

Shelly Pro 3EM supports mTLS for MQTT, HTTP and secure outbound WebSockets. Its industry-grade security allows direct connections to cloud infrastructure, reducing the cost of deploying complex networks and VPNs.

Industrial installations

Shelly Pro 3EM provides MODBUS support for voltage, current, power and energy. You can accurately retrieve energy consumption and instantaneous voltage, current and power values. Our new firmware platform allows for a custom implementation that can report as fast as every 100 ms to your infrastructure.

Bi-directional energy consumption monitoring

Monitor your home, office or factory and avoid extra expenses or voltage drops that can damage your equipment and devices. Shelly Pro 3EM can calculate bidirectional consumption: energy produced and consumed for each of the three phases. The device can be configured to measure three separate circuits of a single-phase electrical system. See the quality of your electrical network in terms of active power, reactive power, voltage and power factor.

Local control

With Shelly Pro 3EM's scripting features and webhooks, you can now easily control other Shelly or Wi-Fi devices on your local network. Use these capabilities to set the exact parameters for heating, cooling or EV charging based on PV production and have your devices automatically consume energy consumption. All of this works without using the cloud.

Monitor and control solar panels

Track how much energy your solar panels or wind turbines are generating and save effortlessly. Shelly Pro 3EM provides real-time information on the performance of your solar and wind energy system, as well as historical data on how much energy has been generated and consumed every minute for the past 60 days. This helps control the flow of energy, getting the most from solar panels and wind turbines.
